Thank you for taking the time today to explore the possibility of
a new resource for your Emergency Response System referrals. Enclosed
you will find some information Vital-Link, Inc.
By way of introduction, Vital-Link is locally owned and operated
and was established in 1981. Our mission is to provide the
senior and disabled communities with medical alarm services that
enhance their safety, independence, and peace of mind.
Of most importance to you, our fees are very affordable. Installation
charge is $50.00 and monthly rental rates are $35.00 for the two-way
voice model. FINANCIAL AID is always available for your low-income
clients.
As a busy health care professional, you will appreciate that NO
APPLICATION is necessary when ordering our service. To refer
your clients to Vital-Link, simply call (510) 644-2779 or (800)
752-5522 and the installation will occur within 48 hours. We will
complete all necessary paperwork when we visit your client to demonstrate
and install system. We will notify you when we have completed the
installation.
I would appreciate if you could distribute our flyers to your staff
and clients. I would be happy to give a short presentation at one
