Instructions Always wear your Cord-Mate Help
Button when you are at home. The Help Button will not work
in an emergency if you can't reach it! To call for assistance, aim the
Help Button toward the pull-cord and press the button. When
you hear the buzzer, the cord has been pulled. If you do
not hear the buzzer, release the button and press again. The help button is waterproof. You
can wear it when in the shower or bathing. Furniture placed in front of the
activator may shorten the range of the Help Button. Do
not place large metal objects near the Activator. Do not unplug the Activator. Make
sure the red light on the Activator is always on. Notify
the staff immediately if the light is not on. The Help Button battery will last
ten years or more. The battery is not replaceable. The
year of purchase is engraved on the back. Back
