Unplugging The Unit
- Unplug unit from outlet and turn the on/off switch
to OFF so that the battery does not die.
- There is a cord connecting from the back of the unit to phone jack on the wall, unplug it from the phone jack and keep it with the unit. Keep plugged into back of box. This will make hooking the unit up, easy.
- The phone line connecting from the unit to your phone, keep that wire with your phone.

want to connect to the phone jack.
-
Take
the plug coming out of your phone and plug that into the back of the unit
where it says phone.
-
Turn the On/Off
switch located on the back of the unit to ON. You should now have 2 green
lights lit up on your unit. One power light and one telephone light.
Neither should be blinking. If any are blinking please call us at

-
Once everything
is hooked up, press your pendant and wait for the monitoring center to

Testing your Two-Way
Voice Unit
Performing the Monthly Test:
Your Two-Way Voice Unit should be tested at least once a month to insure
that all parts are functioning correctly. Push the button on your
pendant and wait for the monitoring center to pick up. When the
operator asks if you need help, tell them that you are just running your
monthly test.

To Test the Range of the Pendant:
Press and hold down the reset button on the back
of the console for 5 seconds. When the Power and Telephone lights
begin to flash, the console is in test mode.
EMERGENCY CALLS CANNOT BE SENT DURING THIS TEST PERIOD
Press the button on your pendant. Activate other transmitters that
are part of your system. Each time the console receives a signal, it
will beep. Move to different locations in your home where you might
expect to take the Pendant. Press the button. If the console fails
to beep, you've moved too far. This will tell you how far you can go
and still be within range of the console.
When you finish your tests, press the reset button
to end the Test Mode. The Test Mode will automatically end if no
tests are performed for 3 minutes.
